😇 Shalom to all.
God’s word today:
“And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end, that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.”
(Hebrews 6:11-12 NKJV)
In a world that moves so fast, we often want instant answers. Yet God frequently shapes our character during seasons of waiting. He is not only concerned with the destination, but also with the person He is forming us to become.
Abraham waited for decades before seeing part of God’s promise fulfilled. Joseph spent years waiting—from prison to becoming a ruler in Egypt. David was anointed king while he was still young, yet he had to endure many hardships before he finally ascended the throne. They all had one thing in common:
THEY CONTINUE TO BELIEVE and PERSEVERE (being patience).
Hebrews 6:11–12 calls us to have that same spirit. Do not give up when your prayers seem unanswered. Do not lose heart when the journey feels long. God is never late. His promises remain sure, and His timing is always perfect.
* ‘Faith’ says, “God will surely fulfill His promises.”
* ‘Patience’ says, “I will remain faithful until God’s appointed time.”
* The two always walk together.
Today, if you are waiting for restoration, a breakthrough, or the fulfillment of God’s promises, continue to walk in faith and patience. What God has promised may not yet be visible today, but the One who made the promise is faithful. Those who continue to believe and persevere will see His faithfulness revealed in His perfect time.
Prayer
Lord, grant me the grace to keep believing and to remain patient. You are the faithful God who is able to fulfill every one of Your promises. Amen.
Bless you
