😇 Shalom to all.
God’s word today:
“For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.”
(Hebrews 6:10 NKJV)
Sometimes serving God can feel unnoticed. You pray for others, encourage someone who is struggling, give generously, volunteer faithfully, or quietly meet someone’s needs—and no one seems to recognize it.
Hebrews 6:10 reminds us that while people may forget, God never does. HE SEES every sacrifice, every hidden act of kindness, every prayer offered in love, and every moment spent serving His people.
NOTHING DONE OUT OF LOVE FOR CHRIST IS WASTED.
The verse above says their love was shown “toward His name” by ministering to the saints.
Jesus taught the same truth: “Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.” (Matthew 25:40)
Every encouragement, prayer, act of generosity, visit, meal, or unseen act of kindness offered to God’s people is an expression of love for Christ Himself.
If you are weary in serving, don’t lose heart. The Lord who called you is watching with loving eyes. Continue serving with joy, knowing that your labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).
Prayer:
Father, thank You that You see every act of love done in Your name. Help me to serve You faithfully, not seeking human praise but desiring to honor Christ. Strengthen me when I grow weary, and fill my heart with Your love so that I may continue ministering to others with joy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Bless you
