God’s word today:
“For surely it is not angels that He helps, but Abraham’s descendants that He helps. For this reason He had to be made like His brothers in every way, so that He might become a merciful and faithful High Priest in service to God, to make atonement for the sins of the people. Because He Himself suffered when He was tempted, He is able to help those who are being tempted.”
(Hebrews 2:16-18)
I believe that Jesus is the glorious Son of God, who was willing to become human like me. He experienced hunger, weariness, sorrow, temptation, and even suffering and death. Why? Because of His love for mankind. I am grateful that God truly loves me. Amen.
Praise be to the Lord Jesus who has conquered the devil and set me free from every bondage of fear. Amen.
Praise be to the Lord Jesus who has become a merciful and faithful High Priest, obedient to the will of God the Father, to reconcile all my faults and sins. Amen.
Praise be to the Lord Jesus who suffered through temptation, and I believe He is willing and able to help me when I must face temptation. Amen.
