Daily Bread: The Blessings Found in Knowing Jesus

God’s word today:

When I woke up, the thought crossed my mind, “What things does Jesus have in store for mankind?” Below, we’ll learn six things, and you can share them when you have the opportunity to testify about ‘why you believe in Jesus’, or when someone asks you ‘why you became a Christian’.

Testify what Jesus has offered to mankind.

1. Salvation and Forgiveness.

Jesus offers forgiveness of sins through His sacrifice on the cross.
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” — (Luke 19:10).
Through His death and resurrection, humanity is offered salvation — freedom from the power of sin and death.

2. Reconciliation with God.

Jesus restores the broken relationship between humanity and God.
“God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself.” — 2 (Corinthians 5:19)
Through Him, people can experience peace with God and a personal relationship with the Creator.

3. Eternal Life

Jesus promises life that goes beyond this world — eternal life with God.
“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in Me will live, even though they die.” — (John 11:25)

I am grateful that because of faith in Jesus Christ, all my sins have been forgiven and I have received God’s salvation and eternal life. Amen.
