God’s word today:
“and your feet shod with THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL of peace;”
(Ephesians 6:15 KJV)
In ancient times, Roman soldiers always wore sandal-straps made of thick leather, so that they did not come off easily when on the battlefield. These shoes must always be worn, they must not be taken off carelessly, because if at any time an enemy suddenly attacks them, then they will be ready to step out and ready to fight.
What is the spiritual meaning of
“your feet shod with THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL”? It talks about living in harmony with God’s word in all circumstances and that we ourselves must have a preparation by studying and understanding that it is only through faith in Jesus that any man can be saved.
“Your feet shod with THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL”, so that when the time suddenly comes to testify about Jesus, we will be ready to reflect the gospel of peace through our actions and words. Amen.
