We are called to fulfill the Great Commission, not only to let people know about God and the eternal salvation, but touching hearts, improving lives, and creating second chances. We are here for the people, as a humble servant and wise counsel. We focus on the people, creating impact and changing them for the better.
Our Vision
We envision that every member of the congregation shall be developed and cultivated through 10 apostolic and dynamic visions so they may become the house of prayer, power, worship, covenant, word, mission, balance, giving, excellence, and leadership.
History of IFGF Tokyo
IFGF Tokyo began in 1989 from a small group of Indonesian students in Tokyo who gathered to worship and study the Word of God. In 1991, Pastor Caleb became the church’s pastor, and by God’s grace, the congregation grew in faith and outreach. The gospel reached many Indonesians in Tokyo, transforming lives through God’s forgiveness.
Between 1997 and 2002, several members were discipled and sent to plant churches across Japan, East Asia, and Indonesia. Today, IFGF Tokyo remains committed to its mission: reaching souls, discipling believers, and being a blessing to families and nations.
Meet Our Pastors
Ps. Caleb dibesarkan dalam keluarga yang belum mengenal Tuhan, dengan latar belakang kepercayaan yang berbeda-beda. Saat kuliah di San Francisco State University jurusan Real Estate Business, ia mengalami perjumpaan pribadi dengan Tuhan dan memutuskan untuk melanjutkan studi di Portland Bible College.
Sejak tahun 1991, Ps. Caleb melayani sebagai gembala di IFGF Tokyo dan memulai penanaman gereja di Jepang dan Asia Timur. Dengan hati sebagai gembala dan bapak rohani, beliau terus membangun dan memperlengkapi banyak orang dalam panggilan Tuhan.
Ps. Lusi datang ke Jepang tahun 1985 dan lulus dari Tokai University jurusan Communication Engineering. Ia mulai terlibat dalam perintisan IFGF Tokyo sejak 1989.
Pada 1992, Ps. Lusi menikah dengan Ps. Caleb, dan bersama-sama mereka melayani sebagai gembala serta menanam gereja di Jepang dan Asia Timur. Ia juga menyelesaikan studi Master of Arts in Christian Leadership di HITS dan memiliki sertifikasi Konselor Nasional dari LK3.
Dengan hati seorang pelayan dan pengajar, Ps. Lusi rindu membimbing banyak orang untuk bertumbuh dalam iman dan panggilan mereka.
