Daily Bread: The Gifts of Grace Through Christ

😇 Shalom to all.
God’s word today:

When you have the opportunity to testify about why you believe in Jesus, or someone asks, “Why did you become a Christian?” You can share the first three things Jesus has provided for humanity:
1. Forgiveness of sins and salvation.
2. Reconciliation (A peaceful relationship with the Most Holy God)
3. Eternal life.

And if you sense the person wanting to hear more about Jesus, you can continue to share the following three things Jesus provides:

4. Love and Grace

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”(John‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬).
Jesus revealed God’s unconditional love. God’s perfect love and grace accepts us as we are and empowers us to change to become righteous and receive eternal life.

5. Truth and Purpose of Life.

“I am the way, the truth, and the life.” — (John 14:6)
Jesus revealed the truth about who God is and the purpose of life. In faith in Jesus, people will find purpose, direction, and identity in life.

6. Peace and Rest.

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you…” — (John 14:27)
Living in this world can be filled with fear and anxiety, but Jesus is the one who provides inner peace. Those who follow Him will find rest in their souls.

Thank you, Lord Jesus, that through my faith in You, no matter what season of life I face, I believe there is God’s peace in my life. Amen.
