Daily Bread: Faith That Builds Arks and Saves Families

😇Shalom to all
God’s word today:

“BY FAITH Noah, when warned about things NOT YET SEEN, in holy fear BUILT an ark TO SAVE his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith.”
‭‭(Hebrews‬ ‭11‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬)

In the days of Noah, people have never seen so called “rain or flood”, the nature was in harmony. Yet Noah chose to believe God’s word and then obediently built an ark as the Lord commanded.
Noah’s faith, by believing in God and in His words (even though he had not seen rain and flood), and by his obedience to God’s instruction, had saved his family of eight people from the flood.

Thank you Lord, You are truly the God who has the power to protect and save me, as well as my family in this age. Help me to continue to have faith in You and Your Word. Help me to be able to obey and do Your instructions. Amen.
