Daily Bread: The Gratitude Of Mary Magdalene

😇 Shalom to all.
God’s word today:

“and also some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases: Mary (called Magdalene) from whom SEVEN DEMONS HAD COME OUT.”
‭‭(Luke‬ ‭8‬:‭2‬ ‭NIV‬‬)

Mary Magdalene was an early follower of Christ, who was delivered from 7 evil spirits. Because he had been helped by the Lord Jesus, she was determined to give her life for God. Together with other disciples, she served and supported the work of the Lord Jesus,
“…Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devil…, and many others, which MINISTERED UNTO HIM of their substance.” (Luke‬ ‭8‬:‭2‬-‭3‬ ‭KJV‬‬).

After her encounter with Jesus, experiencing the grace of being released from the bonds of evil spirits, Mary’s gratitude was expressed by ministering (serving) God.

We are grateful that God has given us His forgiveness and help; Let’s faithfully serve God with skills, time, strength, prayers, wealth, thoughts, with whatever we have.

SERVING GOD IS AN EXPRESSION OF GRATITUDE

Bless you
