Daily Bread: Transforming Through God’s Mercy

😇 Shalom to all.
God’s word today:

“But God had MERCY on me so that Christ Jesus could use me as a prime EXAMPLE of his GREAT PATIENCE with even THE WORST SINNERS. Then others will realize that they, too, can believe in him and receive eternal life.”
‭‭(1 Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭16‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Paul stated that he was indeed a sinner, yet he was fully aware that only because of God’s mercy and patience on him, he was saved, now he even becomes an example for those who later believed in Christ.

God has His unique way for each person for His dealing and changing our lives. Even if we have ever committed shameful sins the power of the Gospel of Christ can change our lives and even God can use our past to bring glory to His Name.

I am grateful that God accepts me as I am. This is my life, I surrender it to You, O God. Use my past and my future to be an example so that people may see the grace of Christ working in me to change my life and to bring glory to God’s holy name. Amen.
