Daily Bread: The Power Of The Spirit In Prayer

😇 Shalom to all.
God’s word today:

“Now all glory to God, who IS ABLE, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.”
‭‭(Ephesians‬ ‭3:20‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Humans are limited in their abilities, knowledge, etc. Therefore, in praying, both regarding what is asked for and what one thinks, humans also have limitations, they can even ask wrongly and think wrongly.
“In the same way, the SPIRIT HELPS US IN OUR WEAKNESS. We do NOT KNOW what we ought to pray for…”
(Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭26‬ ‭NIV‬‬)

Truly grateful, we have God who wants to help and able to help. Truly grateful, we have God whose power is unlimited. The more freely God’s Spirit WORKS WITHIN us, the greater God’s work will be realized THROUGH our lives.

I believe God can do far more than I could ask or think for His power is at work within me. Amen.
